This is another Charles Dearing pattern. I scrolled it in a small piece of Basswood I picked up at a carving show. The woo is around 10” x 6” and the actual picture is around 8” x 3.5”.

Yes Paul, I bet that there is still lots of winter around your neck of the woods…..
Very nice piece of scrollsaw art…you’re a talented craftsman sir…
We’ve had a month of mid to high 30deg”c” with only the occasional mid20’s day; tomorrow & the next are to be 40 & 40plus…..
Keep warm in the colder north…..

Great picture, Have you ever used them for wood cut block printing?

Thanks for the comments.

Peter, we are having a mild winter. Lots of sun and getting up in the mid to high 50’s (F). Cold at night.

Madburg, very interesting, I had to look up Woodblock printing to be sure I knew what it is. Sometimes I stack cut a picture and have an extra picture. When I get a chance with a small one I think I will give it a try. I will need to read up on it a little more, but it may be fun to experiment with.
