While making the shelves for my boys bedrooms, I realized that I needed some corner blocks to make sure the top and sides lined up to make a perfect corner. Here’s what I came up with…...and yes, I used pieces of scrap kitchen sink cutout to make them. They worked great though!

I’ve used various versions of what you came up with.. until I ran across this video by Izzy. Might want to add some to your arsenal as well :)

Cheers,

Good idea.

MrUnix, really cool video. I’ll definitely have to add a few of those to the clamp arsenal. After all…..you can never have too many clamps, and especially corner clamps.

Same here woodbutcherbynight. The style I made are simple and easy to use, but the wedge type would definitely be easier to use on the very bottom of a corner and probably in the center of the board too.
