Decided to use an old sink cutout as a top, edged with scrap hickory. Has fifty f style and edge clamps . used one side to make a holder for the miter guage and small router and edge jig. Frame clamp and hold down on top edge removable with wing nuts underneath both.

I am getting ready to build a cart for clamps and other items and I think I like this idea better just because of the nice size roll around table top. Was is the longest clamp you can hang?

24” I made it a bit taller than my bench ect. I often do small stuff so I that might be convenient.
