The top pen is a laser cut killer whale blank on a Sierra black titanium ball point.
The lower one is Laural burl on a Wall Street 2 black titanium ball point.
I finished both with BLO and CA.
The only flaw is that the tail of the killer whale isn’t dyed deep enough and I went through just a bit. The blank manufacture should dye these just a bit deeper. I found this out on the stars and stripes pen as well.

Great work. I love the killer whale pen, and the burl looks phenomenal. Those are great kits to finish, and they make terrific gifts.
