This is my version of Challenge Coin Display which I have been making for a long time.

As we live close to Fort Knox there is a lot of people who are stationed at or work for the government in our area. The coins are given as rewards for achievements and such. So there is where my customers come from. This style is made to hang on the wall or can set on a flat surface with the added feet in the back.

Can be made to whatever size someone needs but most of the stock ones hold approximately 35 to 45 coins according to size.

Usually have three in stock made from walnut, cherry or cedar with different color felt backing. Notice in the next picture the lift up front acrylic panel used as a dust cover and to allow loading the display.

The coins set on a 3/8” x 3/8” small shelf with a groove sawed into it.
Comments good and bad or questions are welcomed. Thanks for looking.

Very nice Vernon, I especially like the lift up cover.

Looks great. I’d like to see how you put the sliding dust cover together.

Awesome coin display Vernon. The sliding top is a great idea. I would like to see some of those gold bars displayed from Fort Knox.

Those are fantastic Vernon. The sliding plexi lid is a nice addition, plus having the option to hang it or set it on a table top.
