Fashioned after a project in Woodworkers Journal Dec 2015, I decided to do 3 of these ring boxes. About 3×3x2. These are nice to have near the kitchen sink. Some may like to take off their rings while doing things in there. Done with cuttoffs/scraps. Maple and Walnut laminated. Lids of resawn Zebrawood (thankyou Super Dave), and Cherry. Lid handles are Ebony. Lid stays put with a couple of 1/4” rare earth magnets. Bottoms have a little red leather bling. Finished with 4 coats of spray can lacquer. I’ll post a pic of my high-tech spray booth below…..................don’t laugh, it works..
Thnx for lookin in. Good/Bad/Ugly comments will be tolerated.

Ring a ding ding, a box for the ring. Cool job Roger. I think a lot of us shared your spray booth one time or another. Looks similar to mine.

The boxes look great,I like them even more because you used scrap pieces of wood which were useless but with your creativity became something beautiful .
I love the spray booth, look just like mine, lol.

Wonderful idea! Definately you can use scraps for that. Nice boxes, I like that angled edge.
