this is a piece of ambrosia maple that is 4 inchs by 4 inchs , the walls are 1/4 inch thick with the lid the piece is 6 inchs tall the cap is bloodwood. finished with tungoil and beeswax.

I would really like to learn more about hollow forms. What kind of chuck system do you use? Also, which tools for hollowing?

Great job! Love these little hollow forms with lids. The holes in the side are a nice added bit of charector.

Great job on getting it spherical. Looks like a ball.

gnarly piece of wood,once that padauk darkens its gonna have a different look which i may prefer visually…...............ill forgot to talk to the boss about the gallery, ill do it this wek
