Blue Corian Scroll Saw Shell

This is my 4th Scroll Saw Shell. The photos do not really show the blue color of the Corian. The material I had to work with was smaller than desired so this Shell is the smallest one so far. It measures approx. 6” across and 6” high. It was made from 5 wedges which produced 45 segments. It curls inside 2.5 times. The stand is made from another piece of black corian and the posts are from unused parts of the wedges. The finish is a simple mat finish from sanding to 600 grit. Thanks for looking.

Very cool and beautiful!
I keep thinking a scorpion done like this would be way cool too.
