My brother tried very hard to do better than my clock. In one way I guess he succeeded since he earned best of show and mine earned the instructors choice award. This is an angled grandfather clock with three glass shelves on both sides. It also contains 3 recessed lights in the base of the clock that are integrated into a dimmer switch located behind one of the raised panel doors. The clock has many layers of trim and is all red oak with a fruitwood finish, hand-rubbed varnish, and wax.
