One of three I built that year for the smaller kids in the family.

Of course, I didn’t have kids then and did’t mind being the uncle that gave little kids noisy toys their parents would “love” ;o).

Actually – they were quite a hit with everyone. I now have kids myself and it’s one of their favorites and still push it around “helping daddy mow”!

I bet the kids real love it. How long does it take you to make one?

Yes we are making 105 of them, along with other toys. Wood magazine a couple of issues ago had a Snake or Worm that I’m working on 16 wheels, 15 body segenemts, 18 drilled balls, and 2 half balls per snake.

That 1700 body segments, 1900 drilled balls.etc Things add up in volume.

Using Cedar / Cypress for the body segments.

Hey, that’s neat. I have a 2 year old that would love this. I have to add it to the list!

Been looking for things to make for my
future grandchildren. This is going to the
head of the list. Thanks for sharing.
