Intarsia Cat

Project by pcguy posted 44 days ago 385 views 2 times favorited 7 comments Add to Favorites Watch

One of the first intarsia projects I made. This is for my daughter as a Christmas gift last year. The pattern is from Judy Gale Roberts. The wood is western red cedar with aspen in for the eye and walnut for the eye and nose.

Great job on the intarsia i love your work. I am really fond to intasia i did a little of it many years ago and gave it all away except for a horse. I also meet Judy two years ago in the mountains of pigeon forge. I went to her studio and looked around and talked to her for a few minutes, she had a class going on. She does great work.

Nice project. Judy is the master of intarsia patterns for sure.
