A friend gave me some wood. I returned the favor by making him a box out of some of that wood.

very pretty…that’s some fine wood. I love boxes of all kinds…and this is a really nice box.

Nice box with nice wood. Judging by the magnet I’d say it bigger than a pen box. What are the dimensions?

Beautiful box. What type of woods? It looks to be walnut and I can’t make out the other wood. Is that maple or cherry sap wood?

The wood in the top is bird’s eye maple.
