Another completed project that I’m now able to post to LJs! Huzzah!
Pics above tell the story. Arrived 2 1/2 years ago, looked like crap. Disassembled completely, used an old (salvaged) piece of marble
for a new top, rebuilt and finished it with an added drawer on top (that hides the holes).
Finally done, wifey loves it, and it resides in our Parlor now. It’s Aptly Named!
As always, thanks for looking. Oh, and if you’re interested, the project comes with a five part blog!

An excellent reclamation. Hate to see this stuff thrown out.
Looks perfectly at home and happy, Smitty.

Huzzah!, indeed, Smitty. I LOVE Furniture Orphans. I save the Blog to my Favorites. It’ll be a great read, I’m sure, as well as a terrific resource. Thank you!
For most people, seeing things that aren’t there is known as psychosis. In woodsmithery, it’s a Gift.
