That carving is so beautiful I wanted to show it to my wife. But then I realized if I did she would want me to make her a plant stand like that.

They are all really great… so well done. The Iwo struck a chord with me as my uncle was KIA there. This past winter I wrote a travel itinerary of his marine corps days leading up to that point. The man saw lots of action that family didn’t know about…. sorry, drifting off topic.

I have no eye for carving… I’m envious of those who can.
