Just a simple bedside cabinet, stuck together using glue and dado’s.
The legs stand alone, and are attached by 20mm aluminum tubing with thickened epoxy.
the wood is Recycled Rimu (came out of a kitchen) and it is finished with boiled linseed oil thinned with turpintine and some beeswax!
It was a wedding present for my partners mum. was recieved very well!

I like it. I particularly like the juxtaposition of the metal and the wood. It’s got the best parts of the Danish furniture design going on.
