Well, I guess it isn’t really a project, but I thought you all might want to see where all my shop money went…

Yes a girl friend then a wife really is a life long project. Met my wife while in high school, she has been my shop helper now for 39 years. She sounds like a keeper.

A “true” woodworker would only notice the beautiful grain in the wood on the bench, not the beautiful woman sitting on it… LOL, Congrats on finding such a beaut!!! (The woman that is)

Just remember SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed) lol…..

I have to say at 45 and first marriage and not even a year yet its working so far.

If you buy a new tool now, you have to buy her something equal.

You’re letting a pretty much bunch of males who think a good time is shutting themselves up in a woodshop the best of times (basically wood nerds) know what your latest project is. And look at the responses. All nice and proper responses. I’m going to go on a limb here and say what they’re all thinking.

WOW what a Babe!

Ok, that’s old fashioned.. Nerds remember?

Did you know you look a lot like David Cook, the season before last American Idol winner?

Seriously, the best of luck in your new turn in life. Do it right and years from now you can say that it was the best thing you ever did. I too, speak from experience.

Nice project. It will take the rest of your life to complete this one, maybe. LOL Just remeber she is now SWMBO. Friday I was given 10.00 for some work I did. My wife was sitting next to me and was told to hand it over. I tried arguing that I made the money. It fell on deaf ears. Oh well

Long ago I came across a frog and the frog looked at me and said “if you kiss me, I will turn into a beautiful princess and make every one of your sexual fantasies come true”

I put the frog in my pocket and walked away and a little while later the frog asked me why I wasnt going to kiss it and I answered

“At my age…...........I’ld rather have a talking frog”

regardless it looks like your going to be in for quite a long ride.

Good Luck
