The timepiece looks just like the ones I purchase from WoodCraft. Where did you get yours from ? What stain did you use on this ? I think that the style / design of your project calls for a more modern timepiece and there should be more reveal between the sides of the clock part and the top of the base where the profile begins. JMHO
Overall a very nice project : )
