This is my youngest sons rental home where I was able to experiment with my new hobby. The bath vanity and Linen closet are face framed with premium pine that is biscuit jointed together and the doors are MDF that I routed into a raised panel. I just used a high quality primer and semi gloss paint to finish them. Just another note on this one, I also did the tile work which is another hobby of mine. The drawers are pressed wood with dove tail joints. I will never attempt that again!! That material is nearly impossible to dove tail because it shatters so badly. I have decided to use 1/4” vinyl coated hardboard for the drawer bottoms on all my drawers. It provides a clean finish and so far has been very durable.
The other photos are in the master bedroom and has a built-in TV stand with two drawer below and storage above. I used the same material to construct these. The built-in is 42” wide.I apologize that these pictures are not of high quality since I never thought I would be showing them.

Very nice work with the tile and cabinetry. I hope that number one son is grateful for his dad talents and that it rubs off…thanks for posting …Blkcherry

Te bathroom vanity looks really nice…..as does all of your work. I feel guilty now, as my bathroom could use the same treatment. Guess I need to get off the pot and git to work!

As an after thought…...Did you install a magazine rack or book shelf in the bathroom? Tis an essential item, many bits of knowledge can be learned whilst sitting on the porcelain throne !!
