A chess board table for my son from oak and mahogany. Dimensions are 70cm x 70cm

WOW! It has a stand too. Incredibly nice project, the board is great, drawers also.

Thanks for the comments. I had some ideas from the internet and I made plans for that. The contrast of oak and mahogany is beautiful.

You being from Greece, I’m somewhat surprised in that it doesn’t have a backgammon board on the reverse side, since that is your national game. When I was there everyone seemed to play at every period of relaxation’

Handtooled is true that the backgammon is a national game with coffee but I like to made a table as a furniture so a backgammon table is not good idea for that. A backgammon table must be more casual and not as a heavy furniture.
