Bought the new 42 inch TV and rather than buying a standard stand/table decided to make my own to match the design of our den walls. table was made from clear fir and stained with Minwax Golden Oak.
The square legs were made by gluing up 4 planks of 1×4 fir. Extesive face fluting and edge routing was used to give character to the legs. The two shelves provide spaces for the Dish TV box and related compoents.
