Split-top Black Walnut Coffee Table

Made this split top live edge coffee table from two smaller black walnut slabs I had. I assembled, sanded to 600, one coat of wipe on poly and then 2 coats of clear Bri Wax. Table is 21” x 48” x 19”.

Love the simplicity and the heaviness of it. Nice lines throughout. And who can go wrong with Walnut.

Starting today on sanding, going to add butterfly keys to the cracks on top, and finish with super light coat of poly and Bri wax.
