This is the finish up trim work from yesterday’s project post.I used urban lumber alder. The last 2 pics show the source of this trimwork. A lot of our wood customers request natural edge millwork, so we decided to use it ourselves. I am glad this weekend is over, so I can go back to work tomorrow. LOL

This looks really great. The natural edge does add focal point to the window.

This adds a nice touch to the look of the room. Of course, you will have to do all the windows to match- right? :)
I don’t blame you for being glad the weekend is over and you can “rest” at work. Besides it does pay better.
Nice job. I like the look the natural edge gives to the trim. This certainly adds a unique look to the cabin.

You’re place is going to end up a showroom for customers. They’ll ask what you mean by something, and you’ll just have them over to see for themselves.
Also, you really don’t fool around with the logs. Those suckers are huge. I’m sure they’re not even the biggest ones. You have any method for weighing them? I’d always be curious.

Gary , I don’t know what the largest logs I have weigh .My forklift is rated at 2 tons and deals with most everything on a daily grind except for a few logs . Last week I bought a used 5 ton lift for some of the bigger jobs .What I can’t lift , I just skid -
