I don’t know if any of you remember the logdrawers that I first posted on lumberjocks. I made that from cutting a 94lb chunck of curly maple I got off ebay. Well this is what happened to part of the other half. The wood itself has beautiful grain. I have it on a block of wood with a lazy susan in between. She sits it on the table and puts her salt and pepper and napkins and my grandson likes to see how fast it spins. Jockmike2

Very nice Mike,
Did you have to beef up your table to handle this ?

C’mon now Dick that 94lbs has dwindled some by now say about 20 lbs or so. Although the way my family eats it still might not be a bad idea to beef up the table….. mike, thanks Dick
