Sofa Arm Table and Remote Pocket

I made this from oak and ambrosia maple. We have six remotes at this point, so keeping track of them was getting frustrating. The arm on our leather couch is relatively flat, but not really meant to hold drinks. The table top gives us a nice place to put drinks or the occasional ice cream bowl. The jean pocket is where we store our remotes. The pocket on the jeans is where we keep our small thin Apple remote.

That looks handy. I could use something like that.

I made something similar to that, but it didn’t work out too good….The arms on my chair were too rounded….So I scrapped it, and burned it in the fireplace…..

I like it, especially the jeans pocket; a real nice touch!

Nice idea, all in one place. Lucky, you have straight edge hand rest too.
