This was a joint effort between my wife and me. I did the design and lay-out and she did all the carving. We got lucky at the TN State Fair. It took her about 6 mos. of carving, mostly at the different gun shows that we had set-up at. DOn’t do that anymore. Ever notice how many guys have carved guns at gun shows?

Anyways I have turned my attention and time to carving wood signs now and love doing it.

Debt has always been slavery.
It hasn’t been that long ago that we did away with debtors prison.
Most of the western mountainmen working for Gen. William Ashley’s company, the Missouri Fur Co. in 1824 were “share croppers” trapping beaver and that leads us to share cropping; talk about slavery.

It’s always been with man and for the dumb ones it will always be with them. Hurrah Dave Ramsey.

I apologize for finding my soapbox. (gio slides the box under his work bench)

Great work, I just wish I could carve like that. I do my best carving with a 2 hp router…
