This year’s latest version of the Chairs, made from 5/4 cypress, pegged with mahogany plugs and finished with two coats of Spar varnish. I always build a little table to go with the chairs, and its always a little different from the last table. This year I decided to use up some left over ceramic tiles I had taking up space in the shop.
I’m making this year’s version of the chairs with all sorts of Texas themes on the bid, Longhorns, Aggies, Lone Stars hand carved, and who knows what else might strike me.
These chairs are selling as fast as I can put them out in front of the shop.

They sure look NICE!
Wish I could get cypress like that out here… The only way is to have it shipped in… No stores have it.
Looks really COOL…
I like the glass hole… nice touch!
Thank you!

Would I be too far out of line to ask what a set of chairs go for where you live? You did great job, not surprised they move like that.

Great job, some of the nicer chairs I have looked at! ( except for that Texas symbol! ) Kidding, still mad about you guys beating us ( ex-Michigan here) in the rose bowl in the last seconds of the game! I was there and it was a long walk back to the car! What kind of plans you use? Or are they your own? The table looks good.
