Cornhole has become so poplar that I made a few sets and now it seems to consume my shop. First set is Oak with Cherry edge boards and of course Ohio State Emblems, Second set Birch with Pine edge boards and Harley emblems. The third Birch with Pine edge boards and painted Michigan Colors. (Didn’t think anyone would want these) I Lacquer finished each set with about six coats to seal emblems and painted surfaces. Seem to sell faster than I can make them. All the sets were made with fold down legs. I’m trying to made a wheeled cart to attach the boards to and store bags, Just to make movement of sets a little easier. Thanks for looking.

We call them bean bag toss down here. A market suggestion would be RV clubs. BZ

That’s not Mich colors, that must be WVU colors;-)!!! Great job on the boards. I have had to make several sets myself after people saw them being used at reunions and picnics. Cornhole is better than horseshoes!!!

GO Buckeyes! the game of choice around here is “washers”.... a guy makes them and sells them at almost all the gas stations. great impulse buy i guess! if they made them with mizzou or cardnials themes they would probably sell like hot cakes! i personally would rather have the Ohio State ones thought! good job!!

Here’s the plans from Lowes.

OH
Excellent! I’ve been thinking about making a set myself. Seems there’s always another project in front though. You’ve given me re-newed inspiration! Just got back from a lunch tailgate party for tomorrow’s game.
I’m trying to come up with a way to build in some LED, battery powered lights around the edges somehow so we can play at night a little easier. My son-in-law keeps telling me to be careful with the design so I don’t screw up the “slide factor” of the bags. Apparently you have to consider “drag coefficient” :) I’m more worried about the remote control. I’d like to slowly change the pitch, without him noticing to make his throws slide off the back. The little pecker-head beats me every time we play and yes, I am willing to resort to cheating! LOL
Go Bucks!
