Don’t know. Maby UPS. If they scan it they would call in every law enforcement in the world and then they would have their little robot blow it up. And they would never tell the public how stupid they were. The bomb dog could tell if it was an IED. LOL

The Mrs would like to use that to get me out of bed on some days.

Nice and well done.

That’s funny, deke. I like this design a lot. We now live in a crazy world where we can’t even joke about this anymore. Maybe if it had ACME on the dynamite, it would be more acceptable. Either or, I’m gonna make one for my shop. This is too cool. Thanks for this.

Bomb dogs are used to find explosives, not determine if some device is a real explosive or not. If it looks like a bomb they’ll treat it like a bomb. I’ve seen people make these things as a joke to play around with, and the reason I know about it is because of all the problems the joke caused.

I do have a funny story about one. Many years ago when I was a patrol cop one of our officers stopped a subject holding a large canvas bag late at night. When he asked the guy what was in the bag the guy replied that it was a bomb. After an hour of sitting in the backseat of a patrol waiting for the bomb squad, about the time they showed up and started getting their equipment out, the guy decided it was time to let the police in on the joke. It wasn’t a bomb afterall, it was just his portable stereo-radio-boombox. Boy was he mad when the bomb squad started setting up their equipment to render it safe. I’m told that after they blew it up he even cried a little. It was in fact just his radio. And then he cried even more when he went to jail for making a bomb threat.
