I built this with my dad as a project to get me back into woodworking. I had a great time building this. I learned A LOT and look forward to many more projects. I chose to build with walnut that we sourced from a friends barn that had been stored for 65+ years. It was very enjoyable to work with. I used General Finishes HP Semi-gloss to finish.

The design was inspired by Pintodeluxe’s “Cherry Refreshment Table

Thank you for the kinds words.

This was my first project utilizing mortise and tenon joinery. I cant wait for more of these. I learned a lot about from this forum and am happy that I can now contribute a project. Thanks for looking.

Thanks everyone, I really like the way the bread board ends turned out. I think I’m going to have to use those more in the future.
