This is my first project that made it into the house. It’s from the Popular Woodworking book, Arts and Crafts Furniture Projects.

It’s made of Home Depot red oak. I used and oil based mahogany stain and 3 coats of amber shellac that I knocked back with 0000 steel wool. Then paste wax on the top.

Klicky73, very nice job on your table. Well done. Welcome to LJ’s. I see you are from Durham. I lived in Creedmoor before moving to the coast about 4 years ago.

Very well done. Limbert designs were overshadowed by all of the Sticlkley pieces. Limbert is a bit more Art Noveau. I like it.
