Beautiful bench, but I don’t like how the leg footings look unprotected. If someone drags the bench the end grain may chip out. Or even suck in moister.
It’s better than anything I have done.

The feet need a straight flat piece joining the legs with an rectangle cut to maintain the lines. End caps for handrails have graduated tiers. They may add detail to give it a finished look. Overall an excellent build, unique look, and complemented contrasts in grain colors. I’m assuming it’s an indoor bench or at the very least for a covered porch. More info about the build would also be appreciated. Thanks.
