I built this bookcase for my 3 year old son. He loves to show the bookcase “that daddy built” to visitors that come to our house.

It is constructed from solid wood and then stained it with minwax colonial maple followed by a coat of minwax red mahogany.

I finished it with a high gloss finish.

It is solid as a rock and will hopefully be around long after I am gone.

Thanks for looking.

Sounds like you’re hooked now for sure, its very rewarding to turn logs into beautiful furniture that will last for generations. Your bookcase looks great, thanks for sharing!
