This basement is a partial basement that went from completely unfinished to 85% finished. The main area pictured was completely finished. The door at the bottom of the stairs leads to a storage area. Another door leads to a laundry room and crawl space. The laundry room was framed and utilized panelling. A closet was built around the sump pump and the top half was made into usable storage. An entertainment center was built in around the water meter. In-wall speakers and a in-wall subwoofer was added to complete the home theater experience. A backup sump pump was added for extra reassurance for this investment. Cabinets and a mini-fridge make a great dry bar. The customer seems happy the the new man-cave/girls hangout areas for the kids.
