windsor chairs from spain

this is the project of which I feel more orgulloso.Cuando discovered these chairs I fell in love with them and wanted them, but my whole issue was new and did not know, just had some pictures and some explanations in English that I did not understand. Also when you say something really the work was going slowly consigues.El, everything was an adventure, I had never steam bent wood, broke some arcs but in the end the chairs were coming one after the end of the otra.Cuando I wanted to paint like the paint in america milk paint but that does not exist here, I had to start testing with mineral dyes and my wife said “you do every night in your workshop with so much milk. When everything I have learned that this only was the beginning and since then never missing a chair windsor taller.Para made to my end I would say that this project is presented with great humility, knowing that where you’ll see are the best craftsmen in chairs in the world.///este es el proyecto del que mas orgulloso me siento.Cuando descubri estas sillas me enamore de ellas y quise hacerlas.Pero este tema era nuevo y lo desconocia,solo tenia algunas fotografias y algunas explicaciones en ingles que yo no entendia.Tambien dicen que cuado quieres una cosa de verdad la consigues.El trabajo fue saliendo lentamente,todo era una aventura,yo nunca habia curvado la madera con vapor,rompi algunos arcos pero al final las sillas fueron saliendo una tras otra,cuando las termine las queria pintar como las pintan en America con leche de pintura pero eso tampoco existe aqui,ttuve que empezar a probar con tintes minerales y mi mujer me decia “que es lo que haces todas las noches en tu taller con tanta leche”.Cuando todo acabo supe que aquello solo era el principio y desde entonces nunca falta en mi taller una silla windsor a medio hacer.Tambien quiero decir que este proyecto lo presento con mucha humildad sabiendo que alli donde lo van a ver estan los mejores artesanos de sillas del mundo.
