It is simply edged glued .

Sometime we find inspiration from the simplest of things. New shelf going in this week in my house :^)

Arbor tech tool , Dremmel tool , Japanese spoon plane .You might want to look at some of my earlier posts where I blend natural edges on other projects .Thanks everyone for the comments .

Great job. Hope it holds up with the ends glued together. I never tried that with that long of a piece.
