Made some animal puzzles with the scroll saw. These will be Christmas presents for the kids in the family. The patterns are from the book Animal Puzzles for the Scroll Saw by Judy and Dave Peterson.
The fox is cherry, frog is padauk, cat is quilted maple, bear is oak, and the cocker spaniel is from birds eye maple.
Finished with Minwax wipe-on poly.

Those are neat pc guy. I have the plan for the dachshund from a friend and plan to make it sometime. I hadn’t thought about making it in exotic woods, but now that I’ve seen yours I think it may be in bloodwood to match out red mini dachshund. This site is so great for getting good ideas. Donna
PS- what size/type blade did you use?

Great scroll work. Lots of nice designs but, I think I like the Cocker the best.
Keep up the great work.
