I built this case for my flag and medals upon my retirement from the USAF. The flag in the case isn’t the actual flag given to me at the retirement. I carried this one on 5 combat missions outside the wire during my tour in Iraq.

Man, I love the spiral posts and you even did the one in reverse!! You must have done a ton of sanding on those.

Very uniquie case and nicely done. Thanks for what you did while serving and glad you made it back safe. I’m sure this flag has a lot more sentimental value.
