I was puttering around the shop when I figured why not make something from my huge pile of scrap. The first is a little trout band saw box made from a couple of glued up 12” pieces of 2×4. I used magnets to hold on the top. The second is a trout scroll sawed from scrap pine and glued to scrap b/c ply. I used mirror coat expoxy to finish it and embedded sand and pebbles and a real fishing lure to complete the scene. I like the way the mirror coat leaves a slick glossy wet look to it. I gave them both to a co worker who is obsessed with trout fishing
