this is my first love spoon i gave it to my mom for mothers day even though i wasnt totally happy with it she loved it and just had to take it to church to show everyone there after i heard that i really wished it had turned out a bit better but you know how moms are.
-- in wood working there is no need for perfection as inperfections just go to show that the project was done by hand with love and care

I love it!
This design was also my choice for the first spoon I tried to carve. I did change the scoop a little bit, I really enjoy carving spoons.

You gave it to your Mom and she loves it…......That make it perfect. Doesn’t get any better than that. Very nice job on the carving.
