Ziggitty zaggitty chevron cutting board. My first . . . and maybe my last.

The board measures roughly 16” by 20” by 1.25” and is made from cherry, maple and walnut. The corners were rounded and the edges were rounded over with a radius that makes it easy to pick up in any orientation. The board was finished with a good soaking of mineral oil, followed by several applications of a hot beeswax and mineral oil mix.

Have a great day lumberjocks.

Nice looking cutting board. I am looking at the pattern and trying to figure out how to clamp the strips together so that they could be cut at once. Did you find a method?
