My girlfriend is starting to become quite the carver. This is the finished piece (carved in maple) I showed you she was working on when I posted the bench stuff. I enjoy her working out there with me. She just needs to learn how to sharpen the chisels now and she’ll be onto something. I can’t wait until we have finances to purchase materials for the next project we will build together. Anyhow, as always I welcome constructive criticism, positive or negative. I’m not sure if she does, but what can you do. She will be a member here soon, just needs some encouragement, inspiration, and for me to share the comp. LOL

She definitely has talent as this piece shows. She will probably be unstoppable after she learns how to sharpen properly, or maybe she should just let you do it? (ha ha).
