Two cherry chairs for my kitchen island. The backs are my first attempt at bent lamination.

nice job my friend simple is always elegent.love the bent lamination and you will never go wrong with cherry.some people don’t like a chair without a higher back but in your case its perfect for the purpose congratulations on a great build.5 stars.

I agree with Pottz, cherry is always sweet!
I’m not sure if its the arm angle or some of the other aspects of your chair, but its very eye catching.
This will be going into my ’’designs I like file’’ for sure!

Very nice!

Cherry is about all I use, since I have a couple thousand bf of it, and work very very slowly. It should last my lifetime.

very unique. Love it. The only thing I have found with cherry is it is so random on color and can be hard to match if you have a limited supply.

Just found this project a few years later and have to comment.
These are very attractive and once seen in stowed position under the desk, realize what a clever design they are.
