Beautiful work! The shine you got on it is excellent….Very nicely set up….did you use software to make the design or do it by hand? I’ve been playing with lamination pro, woodturner pro and 3d design pro to see if I can model my projects better…It would be nice to see the outcomes prior to waiting for trial and error.
Also, welcome to the LJ’s! As another fairly new recruit I am continually amazed at the level of beautiful work that is displayed here….and the forums, blogs and projects are the greatest resource I have found for helping me to develop my skills…

Thanks all, for the compliments. Reggie, I have played with a couple of programs for design but have not really used one yet. I did make a spreadsheet that does some calculations for me, such as the width of each segment to make a certain diameter ring.
