Finally got around to making a new sled for my new saw. Base is 3/4 birch ply, front fence is leftover walnut flooring from a friend. Rear fence is birch ply with some walnut trim (also leftover flooring). Dimensions are 24×36” with a little over 21” net capacity front to back. Mitre runners are UHMW plastic with no detectable slop. Used William Ng 5-cut setup video to dial in the fence and got within .001” over 20” (to my near disbelief). Holes near rear fence are for hanging on pegs at the end of my outfeed table.

As always, questions and comments good or bad are welcome. Thanks for checking it out.

very nice, something every shop needs to have – someday I would like to get around to building one of these…
