My first project done with all hand tools (apart from the sanding at the end).

We have an old TV table we use as a dining room table, since our house is very small. The kids needed something to sit on, so I made them these for christmas.

Tasmanian blackwood with North American ash wedges, finished with Danish oil.

Nice looking stools. Very tight mortises.

Thanks! I’ve never done mortise and tenon joints before. You can tell one of the stools has extra ash padding on top since I accidentally made the mortise too big :)
