This is a sewing box I made for my wife several years ago. It is made from cherry. Finger joints were made with a jig for my table saw. The plans and hardware are from Woodsmith.

sewing is like woodworking…............a very perilous journey.

Your wife is going to have a really nice box and you are the reason why she has one.

My father gave my mother a sewing box very similar to that and shes had it stuffed full since…..............and she’s still smiling when she opens it up.
