Well as I mentioned in my previous post my daughter’s 3rd birthday is coming up (in fact her party is tomorrow) Her mother and I both decided to make things for her. So here are my two contributions.
The stool is made of standard pine and of course pu ttogether with Kreg joints. It is being given to her with a bag full of finger paints so she can customize it as she sees fit (i’ll post the first finish in my blog at some point).
The beanbag toss is something I have been wanting to do for a long time. Her mom made a bunch of bean bags for it. I am pretty sure she is going to have fun with it as will her friends at the party. The board is painted plywood just standard latex paint is Disney colors from the BORG and the back legs have hinges on them that allow it to fold up for storage.
I bought a Jasper circle jig for my router for this project I may review that and the new router set that I finally broke open at some point. Both worked great.
Thanks all. I’ll post a blog later this weekend with some additional pics.
