First attempt in chip carving

After some practice on scrap pieces, I have realized it was time to try a little chip carving project.

Woods are basswood and Mansonia (for the trims). Chip carving was made with a Flexcut knife.

Finished with Danish Oil. It will be sold for charity before Christmas.

If I don’tknow I would say it was done on CNC. Excellent work, especialy if it is first time.
