At the wheel is our grandson accompanied by his sister in the front. Mom and dad are sitting in the back seat, enjoying the ride. The ramp walking pig walks well but very slow. Speed can be varied by increasing the ramp angle tilt. The faces and decals are computer print outs on regular paper. Ater cutting them out they are applied with a product called( Podge It ). It is a water based varnish and glue substance used in crafting. It does work well in adhering and protecting the decals. I hope both toys will bring a smile and much pleasure on Christmas day and for many years to come. Merry Christmas to all Lumberjocks! And a Happy New Year!

I don’t know if this would be folk art or not. I am going to have to look it up. Fun toys for kids whatever they are.
Gifts for kids in the family?

I especially like the walking pig. My wife is a piggy fan and has about 100 pigs of various kinds. At our age I am struggling to find something new – and yours is! Did you make this from plans? Could you tell me where you got them?

Kids toys are the most fun to make out of everything! Happy Holidays!!!! Ray

I see the kids take after their father when it comes to creativity and skill. Very nice work. Hope you have a good year ahead.
