I made this for my son a little different than the rocking horse I had as a kid. Anybody remember the ones that were on a big leaf spring. Anyhow made of walnut and maple the mane and the tail are made from mop’s from the dollar store. The entire body is made from three quarter stock that I doubled up. All the walnut came from a tree that I cut down and milled. Its 45 inches long 41 inches high the rockers are made out of 10 quarter they’re finished 2 1/4 wide 3 1/2 inches in height in the middle. Enjoy

Love these horse plans and the doubled thick body really sets it off.
Very nicely done!!!
